1. What the Service is

InnovationAnswers.app is a decision-support tool that provides answers grounded in proven innovation methods, curated by Gijs van Wulfen. It is intended to support your own professional judgement, not to replace it.

2. Answers are AI-generated, not professional advice

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. They do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always apply your own judgement and verify before acting. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email address, keep your access secure, and be at least 16 years old. Your account is for your own use. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompts, content, or models.
• Do not overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service’s security or usage limits.

Fair-use and daily usage limits apply and may change to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

5. Founding member and Pro offer

During open beta, founding members may receive three months of InnovationAnswers Pro at no cost by sharing a public LinkedIn post about their experience with the Service. No credit card is required. The offer, free period, and Pro features are provided as part of the beta and may be adjusted or withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Beta service

The Service is in open beta. It may change, be temporarily unavailable, or contain errors. We are continually improving it.

7. Intellectual property

The methods, curated content, and the Service itself are owned by Gijs van Wulfen and InnovationAnswers.app. You keep ownership of the questions you submit and may use the answers you receive for your own professional purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the Service’s content at scale.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be brought before the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
